## 01. Data controller

The controller of the personal data you provide through this website is:

## 02. What data we collect

We only process the data you provide or that the site needs to work:

- Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Usage preferences: theme, language, animations and cookie-consent status, saved in your browser.
- Browsing data: if you accept analytics, aggregated data about how you use the site (see the Cookie policy).

## 03. Why we use your data and on what basis

Each processing activity relies on a legal basis under the GDPR:

- To handle your request and reply through the contact form. Basis: your consent and the pre-contractual steps you request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- To remember your preferences so the site works correctly. Basis: legitimate interest in delivering the service.
- To measure traffic with analytics and guard against spam with reCAPTCHA. Basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- We don't use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we don't sell it.

## 04. Recipients and third parties

We don't share your data with third parties except where legally required. To run the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

- Clouding.io: hosting of the server this website runs on.
- Raiola Networks: domain and email hosting, and delivery of the messages generated by the contact form.
- Google (reCAPTCHA): protecting the form against bots.
- Google (Analytics): measuring traffic, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR apply (standard contractual clauses).

## 05. Retention

We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your request and manage any resulting relationship; afterwards it is deleted or blocked for the applicable legal periods. Preferences saved in your browser stay until you clear them or withdraw consent.

## 06. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data and your connection (encryption in transit, access control and data minimization).

## 07. Your rights

You can exercise your rights at any time by writing to info@kyros-software.com:

- Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
- Objection to and restriction of processing.
- Portability of the data you have provided.
- Withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe we haven't handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ([www.aepd.es](https://www.aepd.es)).
