• Raiola Networks: domain and email hosting, and delivery of the messages generated by the contact form.
• Google (reCAPTCHA): protecting the form against bots.
• Google (Analytics): measuring traffic, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR apply (standard contractual clauses).

05. Retention

We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your request and manage any resulting relationship; afterwards it is deleted or blocked for the applicable legal periods. Preferences saved in your browser stay until you clear them or withdraw consent.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data and your connection (encryption in transit, access control and data minimization).
