We work remotely with companies across Spain. ## Who we are Kyros is a small, no-nonsense software development studio based in Amposta (Tarragona, Spain). We build custom business software, the kind a company needs and can't find off the shelf, and we keep it running in production once it's live. We're a single full-stack team: web, mobile and infrastructure. When you write to us, you talk directly to the people writing the code. We specialise in the trickiest part of business software in Spain: tax and regulatory compliance. We have software in production with VeriFactu, SII, corporate tax (forms 200 and 202), Facturae, SEPA direct debits and time tracking under collective agreements. Alongside client work, we build Zurvyn, our own modular SaaS platform. ## Where we are We're in Amposta, the capital of the Montsià county, in the Terres de l'Ebre (province of Tarragona, Spain). For confidentiality we don't name our clients, but we do say what each one does and what it's built with. ### [Zurvyn](https://zurvyn.com) (SaaS platform) Zurvyn is our own product: a modular SaaS for businesses. Instead of a closed bundle, each company puts together its tool from the applications it needs. **What it does** - Each company turns applications on or off as it needs them and pays only for what it uses. - A single backend for the web and the mobile apps: every feature reaches every device at once. - Multi-tenant: many companies work on the same platform. - Adding a new application is just a matter of switching it on. **Tech stack**: Laravel, Vue, React Native, Multi-tenant, Monorepo ### Portal for a network of advisory firms (Corporate intranet) An intranet that is the daily workplace of an entire Spanish network of advisory firms and practices. **What it does** - Internal communication across the whole network. - Shared documents in one place. - Training for the firms' teams. - Day-to-day management tools in the same portal. - Modular monolith: each area is an independent module, so the portal grows without getting tangled. **Tech stack**: Laravel, Vue, Modular monolith, Multi-tenant ### ERP for a training center (Education ERP) The ERP that runs a training center end to end, from enrolment to payment. **What it does** - Enrolment and academic records. - Invoicing and payments in real time. - SEPA direct debits for recurring payments. - E-signatures and automatic payment reminders. - Several branches in the same system. **Tech stack**: Laravel, Vue, MySQL, WebSockets, SEPA ### Multi-company sales CRM (Sales CRM) A B2B sales CRM used by several companies at once, built so that no lead slips through the cracks. **What it does** - Lead capture from web forms. - An AI chatbot that answers 24/7 and captures opportunities. - Automatic routing of each opportunity to the right sales rep by region and workload. - Several companies on the same platform. **Tech stack**: Laravel, Vue, MySQL, Redis, Multi-tenant ### Invoicing & accounting platform (Invoicing SaaS) A platform that handles invoicing and accounting for several companies at once, with Spanish tax compliance built in. **What it does** - Sales, purchasing, inventory and banking in one place. - VeriFactu built in. - E-invoices in the Facturae format. - SEPA direct debits. - E-invoices and bulk sends generated in the background, with task queues. **Tech stack**: FastAPI, Celery, Redis, MySQL, VeriFactu ### CRM for an energy broker (Energy brokerage) The CRM that runs the whole business of an electricity and gas broker, from the moment a lead comes in until the partner's commission is paid. **What it does** - Each lead followed through to the supply sign-up or switch with the energy retailer. - Partners, end customers and retailers in one workflow. - Automatic commission settlement for partners. - Real-time notifications. **Tech stack**: Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Redis, WebSockets ### VAT reporting module (Tax automation) A module for an invoicing application that automates VAT reporting to the Spanish Tax Agency through the Immediate Supply of Information (SII). **What it does** - Groups invoices and submits them within the legal deadline. - Handles invoices the Tax Agency rejects on its own. - Runs inside the invoicing application, no extra tool. **Tech stack**: Python, AEAT, SII ### Corporate income tax module (Corporate tax) Another tax module for an invoicing application: it prepares a company's corporate tax return and leaves it ready to file. **What it does** - Step-by-step wizard for forms 200 and 202. - Pulls the data straight from the accounting. - Detects the applicable tax items. - Generates the official Tax Agency file, ready to file. **Tech stack**: Python, AEAT, Form 200 ## How we work - **Code that lasts**: Documented and code-reviewed.
